My own journey through caregiving, grief, disentangling myself from internalized conditioning and destructive patterns has taught me that healing starts with compassionate self-care and reflection. I created this program to help you create that space for yourself—a space where you can honor your inner experience, reclaim your story, and find your way forward with grace and strength.
